Summer is a great time to come to King Street! 

Ages 3-5

There are no changes to our preschool schedule during the summer.  However, the preschool is closed for one week in June and two weeks in August for cleaning, maintenance, and staff training.

Ages 5-10

“Castle Camp” is our full-day summer program for children entering grades 1-6.  Each day children have many opportunities to choose activities that interest them, including theater arts, swimming, cooking, arts & crafts, computer skills, cooperative games, gardening, and tennis.  Frequent field trips and special events round out the fun.  Snacks and lunch are provided.

Ages 11-18

Summer is a time to work hard and play hard for our teens.  Teens get real-world work experience and earn cash working at the Kids’ Lemonade Stand on the Church Street marketplace.  When they’re not working the stand, teens spend their time at Adventure Camp, where they explore the Green Mountain State with youth from the Sara Holbrook Community Center.
